This Privacy Policy explains how Gbona99 (the “App”) handles information when you use it. The App is owned by Gbona99 Limited, a company licensed by the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and is powered by Gbona99 × LagCity Keys (also known as David Daukoru). We are committed to protecting your privacy and have built the App to collect as little data as possible.
The App does not require you to create an account, and it does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location. The only content you provide is the song title, artist name, and lyrics you choose to submit for analysis.
The lyrics you enter are sent securely to an AI service solely to generate your analysis and are returned to your device. There is no database, no chat history, and no way for anyone — including us — to retrieve a past conversation or analysis after your session ends.
Because no personal data is collected or stored by the App, there is no personal data retained to delete. Once you close or refresh the App, the lyrics and results from your session are gone. We do not keep copies of your submissions on our servers.
The App does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking to profile you. Standard technical functionality may use your device’s local resources to run the App, but this information is not collected or shared.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
